Eppure, il concetto stesso d’inclusione nasconde in sé delle ambiguità: includere vuol dire accogliere chi è escluso, discriminato per il suo modo di essere e di esistere, ma chi decide di far entrare nella comunità coloro che ne vengono marginalizzati? A quali condizioni e con quali modalità si persegue questo scopo? A quale prezzo?
