Per rispondere a questa domanda è stata avviata una ricerca partecipata alla quale ha lavorato per cinque anni un gruppo eterogeneo di studiosi, esperti, studenti universitari e co-ricercatori a vario titolo coinvolti nella relazione d’aiuto e nei servizi sul territorio.
