With over 80 finely reproduced black and white photographs on single side plates, some double-page, and one fold out multi-photo figure study all by photographer Greg Gorman. 4to, publisher's original black cloth lettered in blind on the spine, in the original photographically decorated dustjacket. unpaginated. A very fine copy in dustjacket, essentially as mint.
