The speech on "NATO'S REFORM and Romania's Place in the Alliance" was held in Den Haag on June 26, 2002: "[.] My hope is that, when we meet next time, the discussion will not be about which countries should be admitted into NATO but, rather, how all of us, a united trans-Atlantic community, can meet the challenges facing us in the future.
