Volume 1 is an artist's book, conceived by Friedman himself and containing drawings, photographs and sketches. Volume 2 is a catalogue in which the whole of the artist's output is described and analyzed, accompanied by his own writings and essays. Essays and interviews by Germano Celant, Mario Perniola, Robert Storr, John Miller, Hudson, Glenn D. Lowery, Dennis Cooper and John Waters. Includes a bio-bibliography.
