This is a very good hardcover copy with almost no wear. Completely clean inside and out. Signed in ink, by Homer Hoyt, and briefly inscribed to a well-known American sociologist. This is the second printing of this work, after the first edition of 1939. It has an additional appendix "Where the rich people and the poor people live in American cities in 1960". Illustrated throughout in black & white with maps, graphs, tables, etc. 12" high X 9" wide, 189 pages. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
