Uniform printed wrappers. = A major monograph dealing with the family of burrowing wasps of South(ern) Africa, written by the British entomologist George Arnold (1881-1962). Published over a long time in the Annals of the/ Mededelingen van het Transvaal Museum. All parts are rare. Lacks part VI. This monograph contains descriptions and illustrations of numerous new species. Uncut; wrapper edges therefore a bitfrayed or chipped. Several parts are separately published, others are bound with some unrelated papers. Stamp on front wrappers, otherwise a very good, clean set.
