First Edition. Illustrated with an engraved title-page as frontispiece by G. Faithorne. Folio, 10.5 x 6.75 inches, bound in contemporary speckled calf, the back with raised bands, the compartments richly gilt, one compartment with red morocco lettering label gilt. [8], 266, [6] pp. A very well preserved copy, in its original binding, slight rubbing, the hinges and binding strong, the textual pages clean, crisp and unpressed. A handsome copy.
