Large 8vo, in the original green cloth with gilt vignette of two zebras in chase on the upper covers, and gilt lettering on the spines, in the very scarce original dustjackets printed in black and red and also featuring the zebra vignettes on the upper covers. xxv, 437; ix, 439-779 pp. A bright, handsome and clean set, with almost none of the typical foxing, the green cloth bright with just some very minor age mellowing to the edges and extremities. The very rare jackets with mellowing, some edge-wear and a bit of chipping but still preserving the books well and remaining significantly complete and sound.
