Endpapers browned. ; Prussian blue cloth with gilt lettering and gilt pictorial design of a menorah. Green linear design. Top edge gilt. 92 tissue guarded illustrations by the English landscape artist John Fulleylove. This book was originally published in 1902 with a relatively low printrun of 3,000 copies and then reprinted in 1904 with 2,000 copies. Even this second printing is quite scarce.
