Profusely illustrated throughout with black and white photographs and two in colour. Oblong 4to, handsomely bound in half red morocco over red cloth-covered boards, the spine with gilt stippled raised bands creating six compartments, lettered and decorated with gilt tools, marbled endpapers, a.e.g. 480 pp. A very fine copy.
