[Narbonne, E. Barthe, 1910-1917]. 8vo (24.1 x 15.6 cm). 248 pp.; 18 text engravings. Contemporary green half calf over marbled boards; spine with four raised bands with gilt chains and gilt title. Marbled endpapers. = A detailed monograph, illustrated by the French entomologist Eugène Barthe (1892-1940) and mostly written by the lawyer and member of the French entomological society, Maurice Gilbert Perrot Des Gozis (1852?-1909). A chapter titled Notes complémentaires, occupying pp. 237-248 was written by Barthe. Published in the series, Miscellanea Entomologica (founded and edited by Barthe), volume 18(12) and irregularly numbered subsequent sections up to volume 23(8). A clean and very nicely bound copy such as this one is quite rare.
