Philadelphia, PA, The Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia, 1879-1880. In three parts. 8vo. About 500 pp. With plates and text figures. Uniform printed wrapppers. = The ANSP Proceedings were the foremost zoological journal in the U.S.A., being especially strong in Mollusca. This mainly due to Henry Pilsbry, the most prolific malacological writer ever, and his many predecessors, co-workers, and students. Malacological authors in this volume include Bergh (Alaska nudibranchs), Binney, Garrett (Austral landsnails), and Heilprin. Uncut. Wrappers may be creased and chipped at edges. Otherwise a good, complete volume.
