This is a very good hardcover copy in a very good dust jacket. The jacket is complete, just a little short closed tear to the top of the jacket spine and a little wrinkling along the back panel top edge. Completely clean inside and out. This is the third printing of 1976 after the first edition of 1968. Color frontispiece.17 color plates + 439 black & white photographs + maps and fold-outs. 15" high X 10" wide, 308 pages.
