Descrizione
A bizarre volume which defends a man whose wife, accusing him of impotence, wishes to have their marriage annulled. Rancurel's lawyers argue that he is not absolutely impotent, simply unable to perform with a virgin. Gay-Lemmonyer (III, 754) offers a lengthy account of this volume, describing it as "curieux et tres rare." 8vo. Contemporary quarter leather over decorated boards. Light wear to extremities. Internally fine.
