Contemporary blind black quarter cloth over marbled boards. Handwritten label on the spine. = A rare, detailed, and well-illustrated monograph. Includes two new species of gigantic dinosaurs. Fraas erroneously used the genus name Gigantosaurus (an existing junior synonym) again, because he liked it so much. Offprint, with separate title page, of Palaeontographica Band (volume) LV. Small, private owner's stamp in the top margin of the title page; Third Reich stamp on front pastedown, blindstamp in the margin of the title leaf, otherwise a very good, clean copy.
