Disbound. = A rarely seen work with fine, detailed illustrations of the northern mink whale and its anatomy. Written by the Irish zoologist and palaeontologist Alexander Carte (1805-1881) and his fellow countryman, the anatomist Alexander Macalister (1844-1919). Published in the famous Philosophical Transactions. Plates a bit spotted, otherwise very good, clean.
