This is a very good hardcover copy in quarter leather and blue floral print paste-paper boards and a very good dust jacket with a chip at the base of the spine, and minor repairs, now in a mylar protector. Completely clean inside and out. With two original color woodcuts by Frithjof Tidemand-Johannessen and Paul Rene Gauguin. Also the gray floral printed endpapers are color woodcuts by Frithjof Tidemand-Johannessen. Illustrated in color and black & white. Biographical notes on about 85 artists. A beautifully produced book. 13" high X 10" wide, 261 pages. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
