Copenhagen, Andr. Fred. Høst & Søn, 1962-1963. Three parts in three. Large 4to (31.2 x 24.0 cm). 231 pp.; 100 text illustrations (including full specimens, anatomical details and distribution maps). Original, uniform printed wrappers. = These are the Dana Reports 56, 58 (1962), and 60. All deal with the same fish family. Titles of the parts are as follows: I. Systematics and zooleography of the species in the bathypelagic fish genus Melamphaes Günther (164 pp.; 73 text figures); II. A new melamphaid genus, Sio, with a redescription of Sio nordenskjöldii (Lönnberg) (9 pp.; 4 text figs.); III. Systematics and distribution of the species in the bathypelagic fish genus Scopelogadus Vaillant (58 pp.; 23 text figures). The second paper is by S. A. Moss, the third has W. H. Weed as second author. Tiny stamp in the top margin of the front wrappers, otherwise a very good, clean set.
