Senza data ma del 1910 circa. Nella prima parte viene descritta la pittura in Inghilterra prima di Gainsborough, segue la vita del pittore e alla fine la descrizione delle sue opere. All'interno sono presenti 9 planches fuori testo che mostrano alcune sue pitture. In ottime condizioni. Copertina in cartonato editoriale in ottime condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni. All'interno le pagine si presentano in ottime condizioni con fioriture. Parte mancante alla prima pagina di sguardia.
