Written by the Belgian malacologist Philippe Dautzenberg and his French colleague, ethnographer, linguist, and governor, Joseph Louis Bouge (1878-1960). "De 1928 à 1930, il assure les fonctions de gouverneur des Établissements Français de l’Océanie par intérim. Il est nommé gouverneur de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon en 1930, gouverneur de Guyane de 1931 à 1933, puis gouverneur de la Guadeloupe de 1933 à 1936" (Wikipedia). Contained in the first three issues of the Journal de Conchyliologie, Volume 77. Concluded and completed with an index. Uncut. We have added the fourth issue of Volume 77 to complete the volume. Rear wrapper of the fourth issue partly chipped; those with the Dautzenberg and Bouge paper, however, entirely intact, and in all very good, clean. Rare.
