Original printed wrappers. = An important contribution to the knowledge of the Mesozoic (in particular Jurassic) of the Middle East. The shells are generally rather poorly preserved, but the line drawings in the text are very good, with much emphasis on the taxonomically important parts. Several species are new. This is the thesis of Geneviève Delpey (1917-2005), however, this copy is an offprint from the Commissariat's Notes et Mémoires de la Section d'Études géologiques, volume III. The thesis edition is more rare. Uncut. Small stamp on front wrapper. wrappers a bit chipped and frayed at edges. Internally a very good, clean copy.
