Original printed wrappers. = A well-illustrated monograph with several new species, written by the French palaeontologist and malacologist Pierre Alphonse Peron (1834-1908). Published in the society's Mémoires. Both the original edition and this very good reprint by Swets & Zeitlinger, are rare. An excellent, clean, unmarked copy.
