FIRST EDITION of this collection of poems by Puel, illustrated with TWO FULL-PAGE HORS-TEXTE WOODCUTS BY RAOUL UBAC, BOTH OF WHICH ARE SIGNED IN PENCIL. 61 pp + two woodcuts. FROM AN EDITION OF ONLY 50 COPIES PRINTED ON FINE JOHANNOT WOVE PAPER WITH THE WOODCUTS ON RIVES WOVE PAPER (there were also 300 copies on inferior paper, without the woodcuts), THIS IS ONE OF ONLY 10 COPIES PRINTED FOR THE ARTIST. Signed by the author on the justification page. 8vo. Original wraps. Entirely uncut and unopened. FINE AND BRIGHT, WITH NO DEFECTS. Very rare.
