Edition limited to 122 numbered copies printed on Arches wove paper (this copy printed for Madame Rossignol.) Preface SIGNED IN INK by Robert Mallet, the first dean of the University of Antananarivo (Madagascar). This copy of the book, exceptionally, includes one of only five suites of the four etchings printed on Imperial Japanese paper, with each etching signed by Jansem in pencil. 4to. Loose as issued in original sheets. House in the original board chemise and slipcase. FINE AND BRIGHT, with no defects.
