This is a very good hardcover copy in green cloth with title in gilt to the spine. De-accessioned from a small German museum, it has two small bookplates: one from the museum, the other from a subsequent private collector, also German bookseller tickets and stamps. Patterned endpapers. Very clean inside and out but a few closed tears to the front free endpaper and a small chip of the endpaper missing on the bottom corner, front and back hinges strengthened. Text in German. Introduction in German, English and French. Two color plates + illustrations in black & white. A sale catalog of stained glass. 550 lots in the sale. This is one volume, complete in itself, of this sale, which included ceramics in a second part and medals and books in a third part. 12" high X 9" wide, 69 pages.
