Segni d'uso e del tempo alla sovraccoperta, in particolare, piccole mancanze nel bordo inferiore, mancanze nella parte che ricopre il dorso, reintegrate con carta giapponese, e alcune mende, sistemate da recente intervento di restauro. Con alcune illustrazioni in bianco e nero nel testo raffiguranti oggetti d'antiquariato. Alcune note a inchiostro, di mano di vecchio proprietario che, presumibilmente, partecipò all'asta o che, comunque, visionò i lotti, nel bordo esterno di qualche pagina, per il resto, ben conservato.
