Original printed wrappers. = An excellent monograph of the crabs of the west coast of Africa, chiefly from the tropical area between Mauretania and Angola, including new and little-known species. Written by the French zoologist, explorer and political activist Theodore André Monod (1902-2000). This is the institute's Mémoires 45. Uncut, wrappers soiled, and a bit frayed; rear lower outer corner somewhat bumped, otherwise a very good copy.
