Title pages in Latin, and in Dutch. 2,058 pp. [I(2) (1859) xii, 704; II (1856) ix, 1103; III (1855) x, 773]; lithographed frontispiece, 27 lithographed plates [numbered 15-41], two folding maps. Original quarter cloth over printed boards. = Published in three volumes (the first in two parts), with a supplement. This is of one of the most important floras of Indonesia. Rare, especially when complete. However, this set consists of parts I(2), II, and III only; lacking I(1) and the later supplement. All front boards are date 1860. Boards and spines worn, hinges starting. Some light, scattered spotting; otherwise good. Stafleu and Cowan, 6111.
