Original printed wrappers. = A seldom-seen convolute of mineralogical works, dedicated to the German petrographer Karl Heinrich Ferdinand "Harry" Rosenbusch (1836-1914), winner of the prestigious Wollaston Medal of the Geological Society of London (1903). With 17 contributions by 17 different authors, all former students of Rosenbusch. Uncut. Preliminary pages detached; old owner's name on the front wrapper, old stamp on title, call number on the spine foot. Apart from some light foxing to one plate, and a few pencil marks a very good, complete copy.
