Paris, La Société géologique de France, 1927. Large 4to (32.8 x 25.2 cm). 38 pp.; five heliotype plates (one double-sized), six text engravings. Original printed wrappers. = A seldom-seen work on Lower Cretaceous molluscs. All plates show ammonites, including a few described as new. Édouard Roch (1901-1975) was a French palaeontologist, chiefly active in the Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria) but this paper deals with Mesozoic fossils from southeastern France. Offprint from the society's Mémoires, Nouvelle Série IV(1). Uncut. Wrapper fore edge, therefore, a bit frayed and chipped; otherwise, an excellent, clean copy.
