Publisher's original portfolio, quarter cloth over printed boards. = Very rare descriptions and large illustrations of new and poorly known plants found in Spain. Written by Auguste Henri Cornu de la Fontaine de Coincy (1837-1903). As Stafleu and Cowan pointed out, the date 1899 on the front board is wrong.
