Uniform original printed wrappers. = Two seldom-seen publications on the well-preserved fossil marine assemblages of Northern Venezuela, with extensive notes on their relationship with other Neogene Caribbean faunas. Several species are described and illustrated here for the first time. This is a major contribution to fossil malacology by the Swiss palaeontologist Rolf Friedrich Rutsch (1902-1975). Published in the Abhandlungen der schweizerischen palaeontologischen Gesellschaft volume 54, together with several unrelated papers. Pagination, text figure and plate numbering of Rutsch's paper, however, is continuous. Very good, clean copies.
