A large-paper presentation copy on fine Dutch laid paper ("Hollande"), with a signed presentation from the author to Xavier de la Touche. 8vo. Elegantly bound in three-quarters polished calf and marbled boards. Spine gilt in six compartments with fleurons. Inset calf lettering-piece in center of front cover. Xavier de la Touche's gilt ownership mark (X.T. surmounted by a crown) on front cover near foot of spine. Silk ribbon page marker. A beautiful copy of a very rare book.
