Contemporary red, grained quarter calf over marbled boards. Spine with gilt title. yellow endpapers. = First edition of a nicely illustrated work on the early inhabitants of the Netherlands, and their ethnology. Part of a series, Natuurlijke historie van Nederland, but the only part dealing with this subject. Light shelf wear, minimal spotting to a few plates, otherwise near fine.
