Patterned endpapers. = The complete section of the Palaeogene part of a series covering the foraminifers from the Palaeozoic to recent times. A massive work, with many thousands of illustrations, each with details on the author, date, (original) publication, (type) locality, etc. All parts are very uncommon, if not rare; and those that are present usually have various ex library marking, while this set is clean, except for an additional plastic strip with embossed title on the spine foot.
