Prag, Hubert Korkisch, 1928. 8vo (22.3 x 14.8 cm). Full colour coloured frontispiece; 575 pp.; 50 plates. Original green cloth wit gilt title on the spine and gilt borders and title on the front board. Greyish-green endpapers. = A well-illustrated regional flora, with emphasis on tree and shrubs, by the Czech botanist Anton Tannich (1882-1967). With on the front free endpaper recto a handwritten dedication, in Czech, by the author, signed and dated, to prof. Dr. K. Kavinovi (Kavinovi = Kavina]. And with the botanical/microscopical pictorial bookplate of the Czech botanist Prof. Dr. Karel K. Kavina (1890-1948) on the front pastedown. Slight wear to the gilt borders, othrwise a very good copy.
