These intricate, technically complex and extremely accomplished depictions of animals reflect influences as varied as the Surrealists, Chagall, and Picasso (especially his etchings for Buffon). From an edition limited to 450 numbered copies, this is ONE OF 16 COPIES ON LANA WOVE PAPER WITH A SECOND SUITE OF THE ETCHINGS ON RIVES WOVE PAPER. Folio. Loose as issued in original wraps.
