Original green, printed boards. = A detailed historical and ontogenetical study, dedicated to Carl Gustav Carus. The fine plates, mostly based on Lepas anserifera (L.) were drawn by the author. The Cirripedia were also Charles Darwin' s major object of study. Uncut. A few light spots, otherwise a very good, unmarked copy. Nissen ZBI, 758.
