This monograph was prepared to accompany the exhibition in Buenos Aires, Argentina from March 20 to June 8, 2015. Exhibition curators were Augustin Perez Rubio and Victoria Giraudo. This is the first in a series of publications and exhibition undertaken by MALBA to recognize the contribution of Latin American women artists. Annemarie Heinrich (1912- 2005) was a German-born naturalized Argentine photographer, who specialized in portraits and nude photographs. Heinrich is considered one of Argentina's most important photographers. Illustrated throughout in black & white with reproductions of Heinrich's photographs.
