ADDED: a type-written letter with hand-written signature of the first author, the British ornithologist Beryl Patrica Hall (1917-2010) to the Dutch ornithologist Johann Gottlieb "John" van Marle (1901-1979) in the Hague about the distribution and purchase of this book "I think it is a bit steep that . should bully you into ordering a copy when he shows no inclination to have one himself!". The second author, Reginald Ernest Moreau, (1897-1970) was long time editor of The Ibis. Transparent sleeve around dust jacket. Dust jacket with a small clipping, otherwise very good, clean.
