This is a very good hardcover copy in a very good dust jacket with light wear. Completely clean inside and out. Top page-edge gilt. Previously owned by early 20th century society hostess, Mrs. Henry A. Brevoort, and with her signature on the front endpaper. 49 full-page plates + 644 illustrations in the text. All in black & white. Circa 1940, the very latest on hats, shoes, gloves, handbags, jewellery, bouquets, boutonnieres, etc. Bibliography. Index. 11" high X 7" wide, 587 pages.
