Near contemporary marbled boards. = A seldom-seen work by the British botanist Robert Teesdale (1740-1804), being supplemental to Teesdale's flora of Yorkshire. Early excerpt from the Sociery's Transactions, volume 5. The main work was also published in the Transactions (1794). With wide margins. Bookplate (?) covered on front pastedown; some light foxing, otherwise very good, clean, unmarked. Stafleu and Cowan vol.VI, p. 199 (without catalogue number).
