First edition, xii, 161, [1]pp. 2 works bound as one, 8vo (206 x 127 mm), with the old neat ink stamp of the Medical Societies, nicely bound in half calf, marbled boards, 5 raised bands to spine each with a single gilt fillet either side, red morocco label lettered in gilt. The first work deals mainly with tropical diseases in the West Indies. Wellcome II, p. 342 & IV, p. 304.
